All sale items are final sale.  This means we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.  Please consider your sale purchases carefully.  We have made a considerable effort to accurately describe the products we sell.  



Products not on sale:  Your complete satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 7 days of the order date and issue a full refund of the product cost.

We will pay for the return shipping of any product that we have sent in error.

Please take care to ensure that the product you purchase is suitable for the purpose you intend as we are not obliged to accept goods for a refund if you simply change your mind about a product. We will endeavour to reach an amicable solution in such situations and at our discretion, we may replace any goods accepted for credit or refund the applicable purchase cost.

If you have purchased something and wish to return it due to your change of mind, then it is up to you to organise shipping and pay for the shipping costs associated with sending it back to us. All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it in, including the original box.

We accept responsibility for properly packaging and addressing the goods as instructed. If your order is mislaid or you receive goods that have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will work to rectify any such issues promptly.  Please check all parcels carefully, by signing for a consignment you are formally accepting the goods in the condition in which they were received.

How to Make a Return

Once the parcel has been received at our warehouse, we will process the return and confirm by email when the funds have been placed back on your credit card used for the order.
